Terms of Sale

1. Who we supply

We supply premium made-to-order and ready-stock cocktail ingredients to customers across Australia — home enthusiasts, bars, venues, and hospitality businesses. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering.

2. Products and lead times

Our catalogue includes:

• Made-to-order items — crafted to your specification after you order. The estimated lead time for each line is shown at checkout and applies from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Ready stock — items held in stock for faster dispatch (typically within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to courier schedules).

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Because we use fresh produce, natural variation in colour, texture, and batch character may occur without affecting quality or suitability for use.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order — usually when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (and refund any payment) if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or error, or if we cannot reasonably fulfil the order.

4. Pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices are listed exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST of 10% is calculated on the subtotal at checkout. Shipping is shown separately before you pay.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe Checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store them on our servers. An order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within Australia. A flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout. Cold-chain or special handling requirements may incur additional charges — we will confirm these with you before dispatch where applicable.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location, the courier, and the lead time of items in your order. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide (or when collected by the courier on your behalf).

7. Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Made-to-order production may begin shortly after confirmation; once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Ready-stock orders can usually be changed or cancelled before dispatch. We will confirm what is possible for your specific order.

8. Returns and refunds

Our products are perishable and often made to your specification. Returns are limited — please read our full Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Food safety and use

Store and use products according to any instructions on the label or in your order confirmation. You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and use once delivered. If you have allergen concerns, contact us before ordering so we can advise where possible.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation requires otherwise.

12. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the service. Content on this site (including text, images, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute relating to these terms or an order.
