Rind on, spaced for a slow dry. The wedge that finishes a Mai Tai or a colada.
Wedges cut with the rind left on, spaced so the air can move. Cores up.
Low heat does the rest. A dried wedge holds its shape on a Mai Tai or a Piña Colada, and it still reads as pineapple when the ice has melted.
