Six trays of thin lime wheels, spaced so they dry evenly. 🍋
This is the quiet part of the week: knife down, colander to the side, fruit still waiting in the bag. Low heat, no rush. By the time these leave the dehydrator they are the bright wheel on the rim of the glass. ✨🍸
